we’ll bring the x-ray to you! |

| 1) Call TransRay at
505-229-1800. |
| 2) Leave a voice message
with: |

Your phone number |

Your facility |

Type of exam |
| 3) A technologist will
call you back immediately with an estimated time of arrival. |
| 4) The Technologist will
arrive at your facility with a requisition form. He or she will ask
for the patient’s chart, write down the necessary information and
leave a copy in the chart. We do all the paper work for you! |
